Issue description

Selected Azure models

It says:

Content filtering for the following categories and severities has been enabled for selected Azure models:

I would like to know the model names, so I know, whether I'm using the content filtering.

Enable/Disable

From my understanding, by default, the content filtering is enabled for selected Azure models.
Is there a ways to disable them, as I might not want to use or there might be false positive?

The global filters set on the Azure platform cannot currently be disabled by users. They are set for all models with xecutableId azure-openai
