ModelCreator: check beforehand if model name is used #60
Description
The ModelCreator will perform dataset upload and validation before starting a training job. If the model name is already used, there will be a corresponding error after several minutes of waiting (due to the preliminary steps being executed first).
It would be great to check before at the beginning - before starting data upload - if the model name is already used. This check is still prone to raise conditions, but will improve UX.
