Support for UI5 Manifest Version 2

The `@ui5/manifest` package already contains a version of the upcoming version 2 (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@ui5/manifest/v/2.0.0), but it seems that this isn't supported by the UI5 Language Assistant, which will most likely prevent people from using it.
