New features

• Online collections and scene information at install: a new install asks whether to add the online collections (Modland, HVSC, Aminet, scene.org) and the scene information (HVSC, Modland, UADE song database, Demozoo); both default to yes (the Modland catalogue needs about 1 GB more memory). A new Docker deployment sets them up on its first start (SONIQBOOM_COLLECTIONS / SONIQBOOM_SCENE_INFO). An update asks once from a terminal, only about what isn't there yet: a collection already on or already a root folder of the library, and scene information already downloaded, are mentioned and left as is.
• soniqboom collections add|remove / soniqboom scene-info add|remove: add or remove them one by one at any time, also with docker exec.

Fixed issues

• install.sh no longer prints setuptools licence and editable-install warnings.
