[Enhancement] Rename symbol

I'm trying out the extension; is the Rename symbol, aka F2 supposed to be working? For variables and functions.

Definitely on the road map! It's a bigger job than it sounds though. I need to build out an abstract syntax tree across all files in the workspace so that we're renaming everything within the same scope.
