1. Agenda item V0.1.0 #1 Alpha testing update for the upcoming full team meeting on Jun 16. Jeremy will be most likely absent from the full team meeting. Xiao will give the full team an update on this topic. There is a V2.0 working group meeting scheduled on Jun 11, all the details including the timelines, data security question, will be discussed and finalized there before Xiao to present them at the full team meeting. Jeremy will follow up with the team on progress of alpha testing.

2. Agenda item Warning appears in R console when widget renders #2 Subgroup updates:

No update from AE volcano plot subgroup

QT subgroup: An educational event is scheduled on Jun 26. Will open this up to the full ISG team. CSRC cardiologists will give an quick and concise sharing of the state-of-art in the field. Meeting minutes and materials from QT subgroup will be filed on Github as well.

PHUSE collaboration. A meeting is scheduled on Jun 10. Team to decide who to attend the meeting, and who/what to present for that meeting.

PSI and R in pharma--- proposals were nominated. No action needed now. Jeremy may pull tech team to join the PSI event (two half-day talk, with each 30 mins)

No update on the launch readiness subgroup topic. Not yet discussed at leadership council meeting

3. Agenda item Decide on capitalization of package/function name #3 technical weekly meeting may be cancelled but to keep the V2.0 working group meeting. However the downside is how to engage the senior tech people. Jeremy and Xiao will figure out if to replace the weekly meeting with a monthly meetup, or to engage senior tech members with a personalized agenda item on an ongoing basis.

QT subgroup may also need to engage tech people down the road. This is not an issue so far and Rich and Jerry are already involved. However learning from the Hepatic Explorer's experience, it is extremely beneficial to involve tech people from the very beginning of the conversation. Team suggested to have this topic revisited when Jim is back.

4. Agenda item Widget does not appear in RStudio viewer in windows #4. BRATS kick off meeting. There will be a BRATS kickoff meeting on Friday Jun 4. Current understanding is that BRATS will sit on ISG's platform so it is very important to get both taskforces fully aligned on all the front end, including tech end. Jeremy will try to joint the kick off meeting. Jeremy also suggested to have a 2:4 meeting between Brian& Bennett and ISG core team.
