Portable Windows x64 build.

Changes in v1.0.1:

  • Reduced live decode latency. The decoder now uses a single decimated timing phase and falls back to full-rate demodulation, which cuts per-burst processing time substantially and avoids long stalls on busy/long packets.
  • Bundled librtlsdr.dll is loaded from the application folder first, so the zip is self-contained.

Includes:

  • MeshCoreSniffer.exe
  • librtlsdr.dll
  • libusb-1.0.dll
  • licenses/ (librtlsdr GPL-2.0, libusb LGPL-2.1)

Live RTL-SDR is the default. On Windows the RTL-SDR needs the WinUSB driver installed (e.g. with Zadig).

Usage:
MeshCoreSniffer.exe
MeshCoreSniffer.exe --key
MeshCoreSniffer.exe --freq 869.525
MeshCoreSniffer.exe --iq capture.wav

MIT licensed; bundled DLLs keep their own licenses (see licenses/).
