Change CArray name to ComponentArray

Should have probably done this from the start as it is easier to infer what a ```ComponentArray``` does from its name than a ```CArray```. This also follows the julia naming convention for packages that mainly export one type.

Will probably keep ```CArray``` around for a while with a depreciation warning in case there are some people using this package already.
