Why DiffEqBase?

Hi,

I thought DiffEqBase was deprecated in favor of SciMLBase and I am surprised to note that DiffEqBase is used here. Is there a reason for that?

This could probably be moved to SciMLBase. Though I don't think it would make a difference since any solver it can be used with will depend on DiffEqBase.
