I have added a section at the top of all the main modules' documentation with runnableExamples where appropriate.
Utils is the least documented part still, but I wouldn't consider most of the procs there to be very important for the average user either way.
Once SciNim/getting-started#51 has been deployed I will also cut down on the README and add links both to scinim/getting-started and the docs.
