As mentioned in couple of issues (https://github.com/SciSharp/TensorFlow.NET/issues/244, https://github.com/SciSharp/TensorFlow.NET/issues/351), We are missing the Keras support, namespace in TF-python `tensorflow.python.keras`. Many new users move to `Keras.NET` because of the lack of support in this library.
