no:type,label -type:Design,Maintenance,Task means that every issue needs a type. Also for issues that are not Design, Maintenance, or Task, they need labels.

Notes

We display fields in the order of priority, type, labels, so it is clear when an issue has a status.

For views filtered by scope, we don't display scopes and display types.

For view filtered by type, we don't display types and display scopes.

We sort in the order of priority, types/labels.

Field sum by count.

The slice by should be empty. Use any slice by you need but don't save the change.
