(Reopen) Add floor temperature sensor (and logic) #90

Hi. Thank you for a nice project.

I would like to reopen discussion.

@HuismAndre stated, that system itself should have water temp regulation. Yes - heating systems have water temp regulation, but not all rooms have the same floor material. For example bathroom has tiles, living room - wooden floors.
So there is the case, when you want to set different floor temperature limit in different rooms, like 28 for wooden floor room and, lets say 32 for tiles.
