v0.3.1 — ExeFS identity and IPS warnings
Fixes ExeFS validation for installed updates whose runtime Program ID differs from the base Title ID. The selected NCA and original NPDM must agree, and update metadata must link the program to the requested application.
- Warns about IPS/IPS32 files that were not applied, including their paths.
- Reports inaccessible titles encountered while searching for global IPS matches. Explicitly selected mod targets still stop on access failures, and incomplete capture cleanup stops installation.
- Keeps the separate
ModLoader/andsd-card-root/folders and the singlenode load.cjscommand.
Tested from the downloaded ZIP on a real Switch 2:
| Game | Mods tested |
|---|---|
| Mario Party Superstars | Monopoly Party RomFS and a complete ExeFS main replacement with a readback marker |
| Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 13.0.5 | The author's matching 21:9 Original Camera IPS |
| Mario Kart World | 200cc and DK model RomFS, plus a complete ExeFS main replacement with a readback marker |
The installer reached READY, verified 9 RomFS resources and 17 ExeFS files, and restored stock RO. After stopping the original Kurumuz host and closing SmileBASIC, all three games were opened consecutively without rebooting and their visible mods were confirmed. The release ZIP is the same artifact used for that test. The changes also passed 26 focused local checks; an earlier hardware run confirmed the warning for an unmatched IPS.
Known shutdown issue: The original Kurumuz host reported Fresh content differs after cache restoration during its final cache check. Its acquisition report confirmed cleanup completed with no remaining handles, threads or allocation, and all three modded games opened afterward in this test. The mismatch remains under investigation; it is not reported as fixed.
No game assets, firmware, keys or mods are included.
