Add documentation for downloadable MySQL versions for different OS' and architectures

Not all MySQL versions can be ran on all OS' and CPU architectures so it would be good to have documentation for what can run where and what dependencies you need for each of the versions (like libaio for Linux or Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Windows)
