chore: Update libaio checks and messages

In the setupDataDirectories method in Executor, instead of slicing the binaryPath, version.installedOnSystem should be used to check if the version of MySQL is installed on the system or not.

Also in the setupDataDirectories method in Executor, ldconfig should only be ran on Ubuntu >= 24.04. The version of Ubuntu can be checked from the releaseDetails /etc/os-release parser.
