As macOS 13 is being fully deprecated in GitHub Actions on December 4th 2025, #234 is dropping macOS 13 tests. When dropping macOS 13 tests, that would leave macOS on Intel Macs no longer tested.
This pull request adds macOS 15 on Intel to the GitHub Actions workflow matrix so macOS on Intel is still a tested configuration of this package.
