JAV-108 project structure suitable for release

1. added maven jar plugin version in integration tests to avoid warnings.
2. changed project's parent-child relationship which referred to Spring Boot.

parent-child relationship before:

java chassis parent
|--java chassis dependency
|--java chassis
   |--other modules

parent-child relationship after:

java chassis
java chassis dependency
|--java chassis-parent
    |--other modules

The java chassis module now only in charge of managing modules in the project and has no parent nor child.

3. fixed checkstyle plugin's style file location.
