Hi @kmxo

Thank you for your contribution.

Your idea looks promising; however, it would be helpful if you could provide some additional supporting details, as the current information is insufficient for a complete review.

Once the information is added, I will proceed with the review.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @shreyawani98,

Please let me provide some details behind this idea.

Access to quality education

  • Democratizes programming education by removing financial and geographic barriers.
  • Enables learners from underserved communities or developing countries to gain skills that are often otherwise inaccessible.
  • Promotes equal opportunities in the tech industry regardless of background.

Community-driven, high-quality content

  • Study plans created by experts ensure that the curriculum is relevant, practical, and up-to-date.
  • Promotes peer review and collaboration, resulting in continuous content improvement.
  • Encourages open-source learning, where learners and educators can contribute to and refine the platform.

Encouraging lifelong learning

  • Programming is not just a career path but a problem-solving tool.
  • Empowers individuals to build their own projects, automate tasks, or start businesses.
  • Promotes self-paced learning, which is key for adult learners or those with irregular schedules.

The main ideia is to create s space where students, mentors and industry professionals can connect.

As an MVP you kind of is already engaged in the project. But imagine if you receive USD 10k to dedicate 8 hours per day to produce end to end projects using your computer science skills... You don't need to worry about the current sprint. You have time to think, design, and deliver the best course material you can produce...

On top of that you would have time to answer to student questions, acting as a mentor to them.

Sounds good! Could you also elaborate on which specific ServiceNow capabilities and features you would leverage to build this solution?

If we get the sponsorship from Hack4Good you'll be hired and we can discuss the project details... Just kidding:

But for now imagine it doesn't need to be 100% ServiceNow based. We can start a foundational course involving logic, database concepts, and algorithms.
Nowadays people jump into the ServiceNow ecosystem without this foundation. It is good because we have different personas within the ecosystem allowing careers like No-Code developers and Business Analysts.
But if we're thinking to develop pro-coders profiles - which is in high demand right now - we need more.
During my master in Education my research focused on developing hard and soft skills related to the IT professional in this AI era...

It is sad that social network (Instagram, Facebook, etc) are pushing merchandise all day so people are only thinking about buying products and services.

My idea is the opposite, empowering people to understand what is happening in their daily lives.
Taking action will be a personal decision, but at least it will be a informed one.
