Codesnippet - check inactive user from List and apply field style

PR Description: If any user becomes inactive and we want to highlight them on list view for List type fields, we can write server script 'Value' which checks inactive user is present or not from all the listed users for a List type field (Reviewers, Approvers etc.) on which we are defining the styles. Separately we have to define the 'Style' (CSS code).
