Here, we are providing HR's to select the type of rewards in the modal page and populate a field with the selected value and show a message of the selected reward.

Thank you for your contribution!
The script looks good so far.
However please correct the numerous spelling errors in the readme.md file and use the correct Markdown syntax for a better formatting. For example, in point 3, all sub-items are written on a single line, which makes the whole thing incomprehensible.
After your fixes that pull request can be approved.
