Hi @azeezgaa! Can you confirm that you have tried this and it does work in Service Portal? The documentation states that "This API is not supported by Service Portal, Now Mobile, or Agent Workspace."

Thank you for the catch, it was there in my backup files from long time. I have corrected the script which works for both native and service portal. Could you please review again ?

Hi @azeezgaa! Thank you for the changes! I can't believe I didn't catch this earlier, but I think this could really go in the Client Script folder instead of just Catalog Client Script. What do you think?

It works in both service catalog item and generic table, so i thought of keeping in catalog client script.

If i want to add in client script do i need to delete the directory and re-add it client script ?
