Tinymce journal editor modal bookmarklet

PR Description:

Bookmarklet that allows quickly inputting formatted text to the journal inputs on classic forms. Adds the tinymce dependency to the iframe from the instance itself and uses it to setup a textarea element with the editor. This value with surrounding code tags can then be copied over to the journal fields via buttons.
