GlideAggregate - Incident resolution percentile

PR Description:

Adds a utility Script Include that computes resolution percentiles (e.g. P50, P90) by assignment group using nearest-rank selection. Combines GlideAggregate and ordered GlideRecord for a practical analytics pattern when averages are misleading.

Includes README, the Script Include, and an executable background example.

I'm just wondering if you have tested the background script.
Can you please share a screenshot here or add it in the Readme file? so that if anyone wants to explore the functionality, it'll be easier to understand the use case.
