Looks good to me cc @alex-page I was pairing with Quentin on this and sharp was blocking dev up. Couldn't find reference to it so hopefully just legacy and we should be good to remove

WHY are these changes introduced?
The reference to sharp package.json was causing issues in running local builds. Removing the reference to resolve the issue.
