Fixed

• Synced adaptive-capable Claude models now send native Anthropic thinking.type=adaptive and output_config.effort on the Messages endpoint, preserving the selected effort (including Max) instead of falling back to a token budget.
• Apply the mode per confirmed model only; preserve legacy models, other protocols, and explicit user overrides.
• Re-sync existing managed routes in place, with idempotent subsequent syncs.

Upgrading

Update the plugin to 0.2.6, restart or re-enable it, then run Sync selected once before making a new Claude request. Remove an explicit forceAdaptiveThinking: false override if native adaptive thinking is intended. Historical usage records are not backfilled.

Validation

• Typecheck, 248 tests, and build passed.
• Both published package identities and native-effort request serialization were verified.
