- The create-key dialog's group picker panel is now actually fixed-positioned from the trigger (the CSS rule was missing since v0.2.5), so it no longer displaces across the modal, squeezes the form, or gets clipped to a blank box; it anchors below the field, width-matched, searchable and scrollable.\n- The panel height cap applies from the first paint, removing the one-frame jump when many groups are listed.\n- Includes the v0.2.6 native Claude effort fix (

- Synced adaptive-capable Claude models now send native Anthropic
thinking.type=adaptiveandoutput_config.efforton the Messages endpoint, preserving the selected effort (including Max) instead of falling back to a token budget. - Apply the mode per confirmed model only; preserve legacy models, other protocols, and explicit user overrides.
- Re-sync existing managed routes in place, with idempotent subsequent syncs.
Upgrading
Update the plugin to 0.2.6, restart or re-enable it, then run Sync selected once before making a new Claude request. Remove an explicit forceAdaptiveThinking: false override if native adaptive thinking is intended. Historical usage records are not backfilled.
Validation
- Typecheck, 248 tests, and build passed.
- Both published package identities and native-effort request serialization were verified.
