• The create-key dialog's group picker panel is now actually fixed-positioned from the trigger (the CSS rule was missing since v0.2.5), so it no longer displaces across the modal, squeezes the form, or gets clipped to a blank box; it anchors below the field, width-matched, searchable and scrollable.\n- The panel height cap applies from the first paint, removing the one-frame jump when many groups are listed.\n- Includes the v0.2.6 native Claude effort fix (thinking.type=adaptive + output_config.effort).\n\n## Upgrading\n\nUpdate the plugin to 0.2.7, restart the app or toggle the plugin, then reopen the create-key dialog.\n\n## Validation\n\n- Typecheck, 250 tests, and build passed.\n- Both published package identities, the picker CSS contract, and the release asset were verified.\n\nFull Changelog: v0.2.6...v0.2.7
