chat history structuring, aka "projects"

The chat history is getting too long to keep oversight with a plain list as it is now.

It would be useful to move chats to some sort of project to group them.

Also, these projects could be used to make context of previous chats therein aware for a new chat in a particular folder. This may support context switching.

Also folders could help Kai structure memory per project. Mayve Kai could also remember a compressed context summary fofor each project...
