Overview

Users should be able to:

-User can view the time and date based on the visitor's location.

• They can refresh different programming quotes with the refresh button.
• Night mode will be turned on during 18:00 to 05:00.

Scripts

In the project directory, you can run:

npm install

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.
