Support for Containerized/Remote Solr

Not everyone installs Solr locally, should the examples support that? Requires modifications to the builtin SIF configs.

I was thinking about this previously with early 9 release, I was running SOLR in containers and wanted to hack the SIF scripts.
The other alternative is do we make the whole thing containerised with the Sitecore containers that you can run from https://github.com/sitecore/docker-images?

Would be great to make the whole thing containerized, but until Sitecore publishes our own images, that puts a lot of burden on folks for setting up / installing the examples.

Nevertheless, would it make sense to enable docker support as alternative to the existing scripts? That's just a matter of very few files (docker.compose.yml, Dockerfile and few .gitempty). See my feature/docker branch.

P.S.: I tried to run install.ps1 but gave up after few 'wrong' answers and continuously restarting wizard. When one have docker images in place, that's much easier.
