File upload failing silently is misleading. #1387
Description
Receive-File should provide a reason for failing a download in the UI rather than just returning "cancel" as a result and failing silently.
The current behavior after #1362, #1363 and #1376 can be puzzling for the user and developer as it returnes with "cancel" without any indication as to why and only provides an explanation in the logs.
