Make Path completion/suggestions and enumeration support wildcard on any path level.

As a continuation of #1350 - which broke a scenario, I've revorked the path expansion to fully support wildcards on any level, both during autocompletion as well as during usage in Get-item, Get-ChildItem or other OOTB Provider cmdlets.

This has a potential to be a breaking change if you relied on the fact that some paths with wildcard characters would not work in the past.
