Troubleshooting 0.15.5 Failed To Install Plugin

I'm troubleshooting the "Failed to install plugin" error in Graph Analysis 0.15.5 on Obsidian 1.12.4.

This is related to the following issues: #78 and #77

I've narrowed it down to a problem here: once Obsidian is uninstalled, Graph Analysis won't reinstall.

What resources are available to learn how to troubleshoot something like this? It seems main.js and versions.json were deleted.

However, I cannot tell whether that is something built by rollup rather than something that lives in the repo all the time.

It looks like the problem is a missing versions.json -- which is necessary to build per https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-sample-plugin/tree/master

I also don't see a Release build for 0.15.5, which Obsidian needs to do the update.

When I get a chance, I'll set up a build environment to reproduce the specific error.

It looks like someone needs to create a tag 0.15.5 to trigger a release. When I did that in a fork, I could then build a release. Per @RammyRamHam the versions.json isn't needed.

I hand-built this. Installed in Obsidian. It works fine. The compiled main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css need to be uploaded to the release package.
