Removal of pwhash means this is no longer libsodium #120

Description

@antfie

If it wasn't bad enough with the deprecations of functionality with suggestion to move over to Sumo, which I absolutely don't want to do because my app is Dart and not JS, but now you've broken my app again by removing password hash functionality (https://pub.dev/packages/sodium/changelog#300---2024-07-26). Password hashing is part of libsodium (https://doc.libsodium.org/password_hashing/default_phf). What are you up to? I can't trust this family of repos any more. What is with this Sumo nonsense and why are you breaking what was previously a good implementation of libsodium on Dart?
