Make voice chat on by default

I've heard people complaining about it for a long time but I don't think a suggestion post has been made for it

Right now, voice chat being off be default just makes the user experience worse since it's unclear where you need to go to turn it on

If you want to keep it off by default, please at least make it more obvious how to turn it on

Maybe just have it so if you keep trying to use the voice chat button it pops up with an actual hint saying that voice chat is off.
I believe the whole advisory menu prompts you about voice chat settings when viewed for the first time.

Kinda forgot about the advisory menu since mostly everyone just clicks past it and doesn't read it

I completely agree! There's no official localization for different communities within the game, and this "voice chat off" information menu is usually skipped, and players still don't understand how to turn it on and ask about it in the general chat or on community social media.
