Pitmasters Grill v1.1.0

Pitmasters Grill v1.1.0 is a usability and board-mode refinement release focused on early user feedback after the v1.0.0 release.

Highlights

• Added clearer Board Mode discoverability.
• Added a temporary in-app hint when entering Board Mode.
• Added complete keyboard shortcut documentation in the Help tab.
• Added compact board display options.
• Reduced Board Mode minimum height so the board can be used as a smaller overlay.
• Added a Windows publishing trust/signing planning document for future release workflow work.

Board Mode Improvements

• Insert now remains the documented shortcut for toggling Board Mode.
• Entering Board Mode shows a brief non-blocking hint explaining how to return to normal mode.
• Board Mode can now be resized smaller, down to approximately 6 visible board rows or one row if in normal mode.
• Normal mode sizing remains protected separately.

Compact Display Options

New board display settings include:

• Show/hide board grid lines.
• Board text size adjustment.
• Board font family selection from a safe built-in list.

These settings are board-specific and do not affect the Analysis, Intel, Ignore List, or other tabs.

Shortcut Documentation

The Help tab now documents PMG keyboard shortcuts more completely, including Board Mode and recovery behavior.

Ctrl+Home is documented as a window recovery shortcut for restoring the app to its default position. If focus is inside certain controls, users may need to click the window/background/title area first.

Publishing Trust Planning

Added WINDOWS-PUBLISHING-TRUST.md as a planning document for future signing/publishing trust work.

Signing is not implemented in this release. SignPath Foundation and other signing options are deferred until PMG has a more mature GitHub Actions/release workflow.

• Build validated locally.
• Board Mode toggle validated.
• Compact board settings validated.
• Minimum Board Mode height validated.
• Settings persistence validated.
• Main branch version bumped to 1.1.0 before tagging.
