When pulling up the list of scenarios w/F1, if a scenario is currently active the keyup/keydown events start at the currently active scenario's index. Otherwise, the behavior will be the same where keyup/down will start at the bottom/top respectively.
This makes it easier to pan through consecutive scenarios.
Also: changed package management to use package-lock.json instead of yarn.lock.
