remove meta data that is used only for menu/navigation
add function to get list of sandboxes to display in menu
remove functionality that combines sandbox scenarios when sandbox component is the same type
…dboxes this change separates the loading of components from listing what is available to be loaded so that a sandboxes/related components are not loaded in one large bundle but instead each sandbox is independently bundled
fix errors caused by npm installing angular package and getting more than the dist directory do to the way it creates symbolic links into the source code
