ASWIFT 1.0.4
Added
- Peak potential range in the desktop application and Python APIs. When enabled, ASWIFT selects the most prominent peak within the supplied potential limits. This option is off by default.
- Help tooltips explaining peak potential selection and normalization.
Fixed
- Replaced the normalization range slider with typed start and end indices, allowing precise entry of ranges such as 0–4. Both limits are inclusive.
Updated
- Documentation for potential-range selection, including guidance to allow enough range for peak drift.
- Viewer overview screenshot and release links.
Python API
Single-trace and batch fitting methods now accept expected_potential_range, for example:
result = aswift_fit(volts, current, expected_potential_range=(-0.35, -0.20))
Potential limits are inclusive and expressed in volts. A trace with no eligible peak within the supplied range is reported as a failed fit.
Validation
- All 38 tests passed against both the source code and a clean installation of the built wheel.
- The wheel and source distribution passed strict package metadata checks.
