Folders tab (#18), wider PDFs, reading streaks and sync for newer LiveSync setups.

  • Library: a fifth tab, Folders, with one row per card folder and its book count.
  • PDF as text: AES-256 files (empty password) open; three and four columns read in order; fonts with no text map are never read as garbage and the file says so. Tables are still plain lines.
  • Sleep screen: current and best streak, books finished, and every day you read marked on the calendar.
  • LiveSync: notes changed on the device are sent also with the newer id scheme (idDerivationVersion 1); notes starting with an underscore get the right id.

Tested on the computer only (generated PDFs, the plugin's own id test values, the simulator), not on a device or a real Obsidian. Full list: CHANGELOG.md.
