[Dev Mode] Tutorial list refresh

Summary

Create a new tutorial works fine, but the new tutorial only appears in the list after a reload.

Steps to reproduce

Click "Create new Tutorial" (Dev Mode)
See that the tutorial list does not update

Environment

Slicer 5.11.0
Windows 10
Tutorial Maker version: 960d1f3 (main) -
Merge pull request #117 from SlicerLatinAmerica/hotfix-imagesize-mac

It's not the focus right now, but I think we have to improve this functionality a lot, primarily because the file is just an empty file without documentation and the correct directives.
Later, when we finish the priority, we can:

• Fix the tutorial list update after creating a new tutorial
• Fix the new tutorial; we need to add comments documenting the tutorial
• Show ALL the directives that the user can use as an example.
