Annotations are NOT saving/loading (Linux)

Summary

Save/Load annotations not working at all;
That means its also impossible to generate output

Steps to reproduce

Just click Edit Annotation
Try to use Save/Load functions

Environment

Slicer 5.11.0
Ubuntu 24.10
Tutorial Maker version: 960d1f3 (main) -

Related to issue #122, probably solving this one will solve that one, two.

@miiranta Please append some screenshots or exceptions logged, I would bet this has something to do with how we create paths to save the files.
