Gives the Blast furnace a chance to produce extra outputs.

Configurable by OPs with /blasting

Works server-side, requires Fabric API.

Defaults:

• Blast furnace speed reduced to normal furnace speeds
• Blast furnace has a 25% chance to produce a second output
  • A sound will play when an extra output is produced
