Deprecate in favour of GitLab?

There doesn't seem to have been any activity here since 2017. <git.soton.ac.uk> is now a thing, and it's running an up-to-date GitLab CE release that seems much more feature-complete than SourceKettle.

Given the lack of updates, SourceKettle is likely vulnerable to security flaws. Consider deprecating in favour of GitLab CE.
