To test:

Clone repo, cd into repo folder
Run composer install
cd examples
edit example-config.json, adding your API key
edit the example files to use real emails
run php -f transmissions/send_with_cc.php
run php -f transmissions/send_with_bcc.php


          FAD-3045 add examples for cc/bcc
