Auto-restart ST2 services

Hi all,

In our current st2 deployments, some services (especially mistral-api) occasionally go down for several reasons. We need to have a mechanism to detect and automatically restart those when this happens. Wanted to look for out of the box ways (setting a configuration for supervisord etc) before implementing our own solution. Anybody has done that before here? Any best practice or example would be very nice.

PS: Using a relatively old version of st2 -> st2 3.2.0, on Python 2.7.12 (dockerized)
