ExtendedTypes should output a file per type #133
Description
Currently documentation is generated for each ScriptProperty/method that has it.
It would be helpful if one additional file was generated that contained the methods and properties in the underlying file.
If the type has a static noteproperty named "README", "INDEX", or "DEFAULT", this can be used for content above a list of properties/methods.
