@kevbuh: Yes. As the screenshot says, this definition ("Measurable function") hasn't been written so far. You'll find several dead links inside the StatProofBook a list of which can be found here. The idea behind this list is also that contributors can find definitions or theorems by writing which holes can be closed in the StatProofBook.
