Make `stochtree` `pip`-installable?

Hi,

I was wondering what is missing to make the package pip-installable (directly, not via GitHub).

I believe this could be very helpful when it comes to adoption.

Hi there!

Does the PyPI installation not work?

We have a few new features that we need to push to PyPI to make that version completely up-to-date, but it should be installable from PyPI via pip install stochtree.

It seems the docs here were not updated to incorporate this information.
